Instead be grateful for what you have. instead of looking over your shoulder and being envious of what someone else has focus on what you’ve achieved and what you’re going to achieve.

4.Make Progress Daily:

Create time to reflect upon your progress toward developing mental strength. At the end of each day, ask yourself what you’ve learned about your thoughts, emotions and behavior. you need to analyze where your comfortable boundaries and. purposely challenge yourself. Then pick something slightly out of your   boundaries and take one small step daily .Consider what you hope to improve upon or accomplish tomorrow.  And analyze  yourself to become a little better today than you were yesterday

5.Set goals Wisely:

Save your mental energy for productive tasks  such as solving problems or setting goals. you   drains your  mental energy quickly by thinking  about those things you can’t control. The more you think about negative problems that you can’t solve, the less energy you’ll have leftover for creative endeavors. For example, sitting and worrying about the weather forecast isn’t helpful.Ever, choose to prepare for it. Focus on what is only within your control.

Make a conscious effort to shift your mental energy to more helpful topics when your thoughts aren’t productive. It will become a habit  when  more you practice expending your mental energy wisely.

The human brain is naturally liable to reach for and achieve goals.

With each goal you achieve  more confidence and have an  your ability to succeed. You’ll also learn to recognize when your goals are unrealistically ambitious then they’re not challenging enough.

6.Evaluate Your Core Beliefs:

Core beliefs  largely depend upon our past experiences and develop ove r time. Whether you’re aware of your core beliefs or not, they influence your behavior, your  thoughts and emotions.

Sometimes, core beliefs are inexact and unproductive. For example, if you believe that you’ll never succeed in life, you may not be  capable to apply for new jobs  and inadvertently, you may not present yourself well on job interviews. Therefore, your core beliefs may become a self-fulfilling prediction.

Evaluate your core beliefs. Look for beliefs that are healthful or not and then find exceptions to the rule. Very few things in life are always or  never true. Modifying core beliefs it can change the entire course of your life.

And  requires purposeful intention and hard work.

Being Alert Is Essential to Being Successful:

“Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome.”

In fact, I strong believe for success and failure go hand in hand. If you’re hoping to succeed, you’ve got to fail  or learn from those who have.

This is due to the fact that successful individuals aren’t just born ,there’s a lot more that goes into the equation common than we may think. Alertness considered essential to growing as a person. It is necessary for beginners Abraham Lincoln said “I never met a person from whom I did not learn something; of course most of the time it was something not to do.”Almost I learn every day whenever I meet someone and talk to them. I say, “We must be alert and alive and be observing continuously and seeing the things that are going on around us. Otherwise, we are going to miss so many things from which we could get better to us. We must not get lost in our own restricted self slot vision and selfish ways.”

 Four steps:

There are four basic steps in this program:

  1. Take an honest look at yourself.
  2. Recognize and acknowledge a harmful habit, trait, or pattern in your life.
  3. Pray to God.
  4. Begin a new life.

Awareness breeds success. If you’re not keyed in to your atmosphere, you’re sure to unaware about opportunities. Listen to what’s being said about your company, continuously file feedback, and keep your eyes and ears on your entire industry.

I remember cafeteria’s coffee with one of my friend . Monday morning, 11 a.m., I rolled local dress. My friend showed up in a beautiful modern dressing.

This is a great example of abundance: You don’t save up your good clothes for a special occasion.  You move up the outlook for yourself because you know you can always buy more clothes. You look great all of the time. This hit home for me because I used to do exactly that my one cool outfit for a special occasion.

I am a huge supporter of being positive, and it has helped me become more successful efficiently and personally. Make you successful, I don’t think being positive by itself .You have to take action as well as. When I say be positive, I don’t mean putting on a smile when you feel horrifying inside or high and mighty everything will work without any attempt. Being positive about yourself while taking other steps to make yourself more successful. I am talking about feeling happy and feeling good .

Tips to be being alert to being successful:

It is easy to be successful  when things are going great, the unsuccessful  part is when things are going bad. We all have things of unawareness in our life occur that upset us or make us unhappy ,it cause of unsuccess. The trick is to realize that we are feeling lack of knowledge ,then identify why we are not  feeling alertness and do something to make us feel alert. Many times just identifying why we feel bad will make us feel better. How can you feel better about yourself?

  • You want to take it a step further, record this list and listen to it when you feel down.
  • Read a motivational book and listen to motivational CD’s speeches .
  • Exercise, get on one of those  twist bikes or go for a walk.
  • When I go for a drive I try to notice the tress, the color, the sky and it makes me feel successful.

Notice how beautiful the world is around me.

  • Call up friends of family who you like to talk to.
