Keystone habits  is One of the secrets of highly successful people that they build in what are. Exercise  is One of the best examples of a keystone habit . When you exercise regularly then you get all sorts of benefits result. 3. Identify Alternative Route

Ever since my mom tried to encourage me to meditate when I was about 13, I have been quite doubtful of this practice. It always seemed to be so indistinguishable and hard to understand that I just decided it wasn’t for me.

What is meditation?

Meditation is a contemplate, your thinking, how you consider, your reflection and ponder. There are different ways to meditate. A personal practice there are probably more than to know  anyone about it. A couple that usually paying attention on heavily in scientific research. Better your focus

Meditation is a practice in focusing our attention and being aware of when it drifts, when we’re not meditating actually this improves our focus, as well.

“Focused attention is very much like a muscle, one that needs to be strengthened through exercise”.

Less your anxiety

It’s really interesting this point is pretty technical. The less anxiety we have, more we meditate, the and it turns out. This sounds bad, but it’s not. When you experience a scary or upsetting sensation, it triggers a strong reaction in your Me Center, making you feel scared and under attack.

“Our brains that’s sometimes called the Me Center it’s technically the medial prefrontal cortex”.

More creativity

As a writer, I’m always interested in exploring the science of creativity in depth before. But unfortunately it’s not the most easy thing to study, but how meditation can affect our creativity.

 Focused attention and open monitoring mediation to see if there was any improvement in creativity.  People who practiced focused attention meditation  not show any understandable signs of improvement in the creativity task following their meditation.

Open monitoring meditation, they performed better on a task that asked them to come up with new ideas.

More compassion

Showed participants images of other people that were either good and bad they called “compassion meditation.”

 The participants were able to focus their attention and reduce their emotional reactions to these images, even when they weren’t in a meditative state. During meditation, this part of the brain normally decreased activity, but in this experiment it was exceptionally responsive when participants were shown images of people.

Better memory

Some Research Center found that people who practiced mindful meditation were able to adjust the brain wave that screens out distractions. It  increase their productivity quickly that those that did not meditate.  It is ability to ignore distractions could explain “their superior ability to rapidly remember and incorporate new facts.”

Less stress

Mindful meditation  to help people to perform under pressure while feeling less stressed.  Before and after the eight week a stressful multitasking test was given to all the managers experiment. At the final test, the group that had participated in the meditation training reported less stress during the test than both of the other groups.
